  • The email address associated with your Dynalyze account
  • Your Sleeper username (if the issue involves a specific league)
  • The page or feature you were using when the issue occurred
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, plus screenshots if possible
  • Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on macOS, Safari on iPhone)
  • The exact error message, if one was shown

  • Bug reports — trade analysis returning unexpected results, roster grades that look wrong, draft tracker desyncs.
  • Feature requests — new scoring formats, additional stats, custom league settings, workflow ideas.
  • Account & billing — Pro subscription questions, refund requests, promo codes, premium-feature access.
  • Partnerships & press — podcast appearances, content collaborations, league sponsorships.

A note on Sleeper data

Dynalyze reads your league through Sleeper's public API. We never ask for your Sleeper password and we cannot make trades, drop players, or modify your roster on your behalf. If a trade or transaction looks wrong inside Dynalyze, the underlying source is almost always Sleeper itself — confirm the data on Sleeper first, then send us a screenshot if the two disagree.
